Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that your reschedule or cancel your service with at least 48 hours notive to avoid cancellation fees. we reserve the right the charge 50% of the value of your booked services when an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment start time.

Clients that repeatedly no callĀ  or “no show” for their appointments may be asked to pre pay for future booked services.

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.


Product and Service Return Policy

Products unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase maybe exchanged for a different product of equal value. All sale items are final.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your service you must contact the salon within 7 days of the original appointment to work out the best solution.

We endeavor to make sure our clients are fully satisfied. Any corrections will be made accordingly if required.

Tangled has a NO REFUND policy on any service given.

Children Policy

To ensure we give our clients the attention they deserve, we ask our clients to leave children under 10 at home unless they are scheduled fior an appointment.

Pleasdr do not bring children that are poorly / contagious to the salon.

We wil not “force” small children to have their hair cut if they are too distressed or moving excessively.


Personal Property

Tangled is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property. Whilst we do our best to work cleanly there are times colour or water may touch clothes. We will always use personal protective equipment at all times and suggest wearing suitable clothes to your appointment.
