Cancellation & No Show Policy

Life can be a real pain sometimes and we know that every now and then things don’t work out as planned. If you do need to cancel or change your appointment,we would be grateful if you could give us 24 hours notice otherwise we regret that there may be a cancelation fee, pending the service booked.

Just give us a call to let us know if you can’t make it. if we’re closed just leave us a message.

Failure to Cancel an appointment or a no show may result in a 100% fee of service booked before any other appointment can be made.

We are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their appointments so that we can pay our staff, keep on the electricity and our doors open. We often have a waiting list so by cancelling in advance gives us time to make another client happy.
